I love to walk, also ride the bike. The older I get the more it takes to keep even let alone take off pounds. What weight program are you speaking of, lifting weights or food management? Susan in ohio

I saw a news program today that talked about a study of women and stress. It
said that walking 10 minutes per day greatly relieves stress. I know it does
help as I started walking last summer to help lose pounds and the days that
I walk, I feel much better. Also, combined with a weight program, I lost 40
pounds.
