There is an wonderful book called Arthur and the Sword. The
illustrations look like stained glass. At the museum we would read the
book. Walk next door to the Methodist Church and across the street to
the RC Cathedral to see the stained glass. Then students would design a
"stain class window" using crayon resists to make it seem to glow.

I teach K and also DBAE trained, working in a parish in Louisiana where
arts are valued, but not quite enough to hire elem. art teachers. So-
to run an arts lab & be a classroom teacher.

Anyway taking a course this summer in Arthurian Lit. Need to design a
site on topic, So - wondered if anyone might have artists or project
for Kindergarten that would tie in w/ King Arthur or Harry Potter.
