That's good, practical advice. What are some lessons you have run past the
principal and the teacher. How did they work out? Did the children respond well?
Any lesson ideas that work would be welcome. Clearly support from your
administration and other teachers is important. It would be good to know the
ages of the kids and how long you have been teaching. Did you have to learn this
way of communicating or did you know how to prepare your school community
because of your teacher preparation?
