    Sumner High School - Sumner, WA - 1730 students in grades 10,11,12 -
    current budget is about 19 dollars a student - down from 21 dollars in
    years past. However, 10 dollars is paid from student fee of 10.00. and
    ceramic students pay additional cost if they exceed materials that are
    given out at beginning of semester. Each additional class taken costs
    10.00 - fee used to be 3.00 about 4 years ago.
