*** Clear Contact Stencils
Materials:
clear contact paper (any contact paper works, not just clear)
scissors
white construction paper, or any heavy paper
watercolor paints
Process:
Cut pieces of contact paper into any shapes.
Peel backing away.
Press gently onto white construction paper or other heavy paper.
Watercolor over the clear contact.
Dry Briefly.
Peel off the clear contact.
*The trick is not to press the contact down too firmly, and to peel it
off before it has a chance to stick too much.
* You can do this with masking tape too.
* You can also crayon over the papers, and then peel off the contact
paper.
* Sponge painting over the contact paper, then peeling looks cool
too.
