Concerning women with "ADD", my daughter & I are both of that =
persuasion, but she's the only one who's been diagnosed (My father used =
to call me his "preoccupied daughter"). A few years ago we read a book =
called " ADD - A Different Perspective" which suggested add had a =
genetic source - the hunters (who are aware of everything around them =
and have short bursts of energy) vs. the farmers. It actually listed =
POSITIVE aspects of whatever it is we happen to call ADD. My daughter =
and I called each other hunters for a long time after finishing the =
book.
