"Sideview" portraits, or PROFILE! I used this as a vocabulary word for my 1st
graders near Thansgiving, when we decorated turkey cutouts/puppets. Fearing
the "too crafty" comment on my 29 beautiful, feathered and colorful turkeys, I
adapted the "craft" to a DBAE lesson format, dealing with "profiles" and felt
better. "Why can we only see ONE of the turkey's eyes?"
