Oh, boy.....I am sorry to tell you I had the EXACT same problem after a
year. They fixed it once because of a product recall, and when it happened
again, they said sure, they'd fix it again.....for $1300. I got an old
monitor from work and now it is no longer a laptop. I will NEVER buy
another Mac product. I have a 2-yr old 6400 PowerMac at work and it
freezes literally a dozen times a day, won't print anything without
freezing, etc. I've tried all sorts of things, from special conflict fixer
programs, to begging the tech people to do SOMETHING. I might get some
help soon. The tech guy needed something printed fast for a seminar, and
was out of printer cartridge. He brought it to me to print and sat there
and saw it crash a full four times while we printed it.
