Dear Colleagues,

According to information on the following site:
http://ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/CIACHoaxes.html
It appears that the circulating information about a tax on internet access
is a hoax. This is a good site to check out before forwarding any message
that someone urgently asks you to forward. It also tells you how to
discrimate between legitimate information and hoaxes.
