Great Idea. to pass this around.
I too, had a "failed" message on the URL. Instead, I got to the House of
Representatives Web and found my Rep from the list.

I will send a fax or call his local office. They list ALL the Reps from
every state. Tell them that the voters will be in an uproar if this passes!!
