Thanks, Maggie. I received this from CALAA's (California Association of
Local Arts Agencies) administration office, so thought it might have a
semblance of truth to it. Sorry if it isn't. Although it does sound like
something the major phone companies would do.... If anyone out there knows,
definitely, if this is true or not - would they share the information. Thanks
