My question is how do you handle the diverse work habits of age groups
when you see over 400 students per week. I don't have a problem with
enrichment activites for early finishers, but find it difficult at the
middle school lever to "catch up students" who are either slower
workers, are absent, or a class misses art that week due to field trips
or vacation days.
Being split between two buildings teaching seven classes room when I'm
not in the building or teaching another class.
Many projects don't lend themselves to be taken home or back to the
