Thank you! Thank you! to all for that paper snowflake discussion and
especially the person who posted the directions for cutting lacy
snowflakes by coloring fat yellow lines on the folded square, then
cutting out the white spaces. We had so many kids absent this week
because of the weather that I didn't want to start major new projects so
did snow flakes with lots of classes. They were the BEST! There is now a
blizzard of beautiful 6-pointed lacy snowflakes on the INSIDE of our
building. Some teachers had the lids glue them to blue paper to display.
Another hung long pieces of fishing line from the ceiling and stuck
snowflakes all over them...their snow twirls and flutters about in the
air currents. Gorgeous!
