I can't pass up the thread about the platform battles without my comments, as the PC's seem to be getting pasted!
I have used both at my school, and can say that IMHO my 200mz pentium is better! I have had no crashes- the locked up machine and the unreadable disk files came from my old MAC days....I was tired of not being able to read student disks! I feel lucky to be one of the only ones in my school who has a PC! And what about the right mouse button? Try it out!!!!
I say use the computer that gives you the most performance for the dollar, the most compatability with the computers outside the classroom, the best selection of software and add-ons such as modems, graphics cards, scanners, removable storage, etc.....and that to me is my PC!
I read Computer Shopper to keep up with the wealth of new things available for my PC.....
For the PC, (at home AND school)
