I hope you do write your providers and phone company. Those of us in
remote areas already have to pay a per minute fee to use the net
because we have no local ISP service. I am fortunate to have access at
school, but dial in from home costs $$$ and I try to use it as little
as possible. Fees do reduce usage :(
