I have recieved a message from a list serve collegue in the United
States expressing concern over intentions by private telephone
companies to impose additional costs for the use of internet access
via the telephone system.
Although I do not know the details of the fee structure in your
system I am appalled to think that the great opportunity for global
reconcilliation via the international communication system may be
put at risk for the sake of greed.
The Electronic Mail System is this century's greatest gift to the
human race which enables ordinary people to communicate; free from the
interference of politicians and the dictates of the global economy.
