I am submitting this request for my friend, who teaches learning
support...he knows that I correspond with other teachers, and asked if I
would inquire about the following two software packages:

"Simply Speaking" (Voice type)

and Kurzweil "Voice for Windows"

Do any of you know anything about these programs? Are they worthwhile? Do
you know of alternative programs?
