The cave artists may have had a handle on the original team concept!
I agree that the cave artists were a collaboration and that the hand
print was more of a statement of 3I am here2 and 3I took part in
something today 3not look at what I did2, but we don9t know for sure
and it may have been as simple as their desire to finish off a job
well done with their signatures.

How did we evolve into this 20th century centerism that that you
mention?

If that Greek vase does indeed have the first signature then was it
their culture (the one that we copy) that produced people that needed
to rise above the group and claim individual attention for a job well
done?

Don9t you think it is human nature then to want credit for something
that we produced that was part of us that we are now sharing with
others?
