Interesting question...I have forwarded this question onto Albert Lewis
who is the executive director of the International Glass Art
Association. I am a glass artist as well as an art educator. I am much
more familiar with the origins of stained glass. I will do a bit of
searching in the texts I have, perhaps I might come across something.
