Hi everybody , in one of his responses Ken said: >I know students like it
when their work is on display.> I think we all know that not only do
students like their work being displayed but it is also a very important
part of our teaching art or at least it should be. I personally think that
when one makes it a habit to hang up students work in the hallways and
changes it often, nota bene, it becomes an not so difficult or time
consuming task. I also donīt think the works have to be glued on coloured
construction paper, it is enough that the works are well hung up (we use
something here in Iceland called teacherīs glue!)and not to be forgotten up
there for we must show respect for childrenīs art work. And finally; it
helps make art the important subject we want it to be so the few extra
minutes for no pay if that is what it takes makes it worth it. Regards from
the far north Rosa
