Dear Kelly:

Thanks for responding. To answer your question, the other teachers get
$1,000 as well. Indeed, I agree with your observation. Art materials
(many of them consummables) are very expensive and are the basis of the
art program. By contrast, the money for classroom teachers is
essentially supplementary, since textbooks are not part of this amount.
So, while the principal and teachers may view the amount as equitable, it
really is not. How though could you point this out without causing
