YAHOO has a www site listed as follows:
( )
"This site has an alphabetical index, by individual, of any artist
appearing on any Web site. The site includes other searchable art
resources and links as well. Definitely a bookmark site for artists,
critics, and researchers"

This may or may not help your search, but it's worth a try. It may well
be a good source for you for future reference in other directions. This is
my wife's news group as she is the art specialist and I am not! I just have
tons of reference materials to browse through and just happened to see the
above site listed recently. Good luck! Don
