DBAE unit featuring women artists

I am an artist/art educator. I am currently writing an extended DBAE unit
which features women artists [most are contemporary]. Artist's biographies
are an integral part of this unit. However, I am having difficulty locating
biographical information regarding many of these outstanding artists. Some
of these artists are: Mary Frank, Deborah Butterfield, Judy Chicago, Nancy
Spero, Jennifer Bartlett, and the list continues. A total of 28 artists are
featured in the same number of lessons. Can anyone Help? I have surfed and
crawled the internet; each click of the mouse brings no data.
