That is a very BIG question I do not want to write too much and so become a
bore. You might think HK is just as developed as USA but not when it comes to
education it realy is another world. A world full of wonderful people but with
little in the way of art education, and a mixture what is there art education
Chinese? Asian? Western?. I teach in English both studio and art and design
education. After 10 years in the USA, before that in the UK, my approach had to
change and with a change development and growth will take place. I had to find a
way to reach my students and because of that I had to develop teaching skills
that could only be found through first hand experience. Enough now before I bore
everyone. If you want to know more please ask and I will try and answer. Oh you
asked how did I get my job My answer with a lot of hard work as you all have to
work hard o find develop and maintain your jobs.
