Advanced Placement in Studio Art

I teach art in a 2000+ student high school. We are planning to start
an AP program in studio art within the next two years and AP art
history in the near future.

I need some information to help me set the program up. I have sent
for some information from the college board in Austin and have been
to a workshop at the recent Texas Art Education Convention in Austin.

Any additional information or advice readers have would be greatly
appreciated.
