Todd: One simple lesson comes to mind> Mondrian's artwork and math equations--
addition. After intro. of artist Give students prewritten equation.(3+4)
Have precut strips of different colors. They may choose 3 blacks and 4 reds
and glue to paper. When all are finished they tell class the equation and the
answer. Great for 1st and 2nd grade. Will check files at school for more info.
No school for 5 days due to snow. Betty McK.
