I believe that the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida, also has many
such exhibits, and they are a Florida state art museum. I don't have an
email address, but here's a phone number for the education department

art is regularly exhibited?

--The Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, California, regularly has
student art on exhibit in its downstairs gallery. Some of the exhibitions
are focused on exemplary art programs in the area, and some are
intended to "add student voices" to a temporary exhibition at the museum.
