GladRag:

Your projects sound really great! What kind of dolls are you making? I have
taught
kids cornhusk dollmaking, which they really loved.

How do you make quill pens that write well enough for a journal?

Are your kids stitching their quilts? I have had 4th graders each make a
quilt square out of wallpaper samples using a traditional pattern. It seems
to be
difficult enough for them to get shapes cut out and glued down in the
required configuration. How do you organize the time and skill teaching?
