Wired magazine is excited to have the first Wired president in office
- the "YouTube Presidency" and there is a great article in the new
issue (Feb) on what he/the Whitehouse can and can't do on-line.

Restrictions on Revisions - limits on Web page modifications.
Survey rules - there is a detailed approval proces to 'survey' more
than 10 people. Soliciting user input could fall in this category.
Access for the Disabled -
First Amendment - can't filter user comments
Purchasing Rules - over software purchases
License agreements - Feds can draw on content from sites like YouTube...
