Wow, I have never seen spam that appears to come from Judy.
Someone on the list recommended MailWasher years ago, and I have been a fan ever since. It
allows you to view your e-mails while it4s still on the server, before you download it. You
can then blacklist the server or the specific sender (if you don4t want to block all of, say,
Hotmail4s messages); from there, MailWasher will bounce the e-mail back to the server (sweet
revenge!) and delete it. This helps make your address look invalid to the spammers. I4ve
also been using my server4s address blocking feature, and between the two, I don4t get much.
I4m also extremely careful about filling in online forms. I have a (throwaway( Hotmail
account for companies I4ve not done business with before, or that don4t have a privacy policy
I approve of.
