I highly recommend Gmail. I get a ton of spam, but Gmail's spam
blocker is awesome. And, the more spam you report, the more it learns
about what you don't want in your inbox. I've had this account for
about 5 years and have never had to spend much time dealing with spam
(or digging good mail out of the spam trap.)
