[teacherartexchange] Private school federal/state grants to hire art teachers

Happy Friday ya'll!
My vet's assistant told me that her child's private school does not have an art teacher and that a group of parents are going to get together and do what it takes to get an art teacher. Are there some folks on this distribution list that can send specific federal web sites that detail grant information for private schools in need of an art teacher?
We live in the state of Alabama, I know that we have a variety of art education grants, but if any of you are from Alabama and know who to specifically contact regarding funding for teachers please send that information along.
