I can't count the number of years I have been on this list ( formerly
MarshArt) and I know I can count on the "old faithfuls" to jump in and help. BTW, I
do not mean OLD as in age, although I qualify. Thanks again, Wendy and Ken.
Judi, you will see me on the AP Discussion group if this gets going in my
school. I did it for 3 years in Ft. Lauderdale and will go back for the
refresher in July.
We are moving to a new high school building on the 19th. Gone is my sink,
and teacher demonstration desk. I have packed over 130 boxes so far, and they
will leave my old room on Monday. What is left are my students, pencils, oil
pastels, tables and stools, and computer. It's bare bones for a week. BTW, I
also have to pack the ceramics room too. I found out paper really does weigh
as much as the tree! It is exciting but exhausting. If you are like me and
save everything you find, I hate to discard anything. My principal keeps
telling me to throw it out. (He is paying movers by the box load!) Hmmmmm. I am
having separation anxiety from my stuff, as the dumpster fills up. LOL
