Welcome to our group! If you were "just" interviewed you probably haven't waited long enough;
remember, this is the U.S. government. The wheels turn very sloo-ooowly.

Since it sounds like you're willing to go overseas, look into overseas schools. It's a
teacher's market these days, and last year when I was looking at positions there was a
surprising number of art-teacher jobs. I ended up taking a position teaching 9th grade
English in Quito, Ecuador. We have another teacher on this list who's been teaching overseas
for several years now.

If this sounds like something you'd like to do, you should start preparing NOW--recruiting
fairs started in December and continue for just a few more weeks.
