[teacherartexchange] Met Museum Online Teacher Workshop: Beyond Babylon

Hello teachers:
We are excited about our upcoming online teacher workshop, Beyond Babylon, and we hope that you will participate. The program begins on January 20, and there are still some spaces available in the program.
The workshop will focus on a range of objects from the ancient world, including Egypt, Mesopotamia, Anatolia, the Levant, and the Aegean, and will emphasize the exchange of ideas, artistic styles and techniques among cultures around 2,000 B.C. An exciting component of the workshop will be an exploration of the Uluburun shipwreck, a recently discovered vessel that contained many objects of diverse origin, illuminating our knowledge about contact among ancient peoples.
