Also from Danville, California (middle school), we meet Wednesdays from 8:00
to 9:00. School starts 1 hr. later on Wed. for the kids. This hour in the
morning with faculty is wonderful. We also have many diff. kinds of meetings
these Wednesdays plus coffee and nibbles provided by the teachers on a
rotation basis.

We used to have 2 hr. long faculty meetings each Tues. afternoon and they
would drag on forever. Having it in the morning insures we only have an hour
long meeting. Sooooooo much better! Bunki
