[teacherartexchange] Tip in sheets + language arts

I have a 7th grade writing class. They have another LA class, too so I
have been focusing on image and text using one to teach the other.
(Meaning they get some time in class to 'play'.)
I have 3 classes of 15 students and would love a trade that incorporates
descriptive phrases/passages from a book and an image.

For instance - in Search for Delicious by Natalie Babbitt:

"There was a lovely greenish glow in the forest, a glow pierced
everywhere by tree trunks like fingers thrust into an aquarium full of
tinted water; and Gaylen slipped between them like a small fish."

What a great image! The kids have been doing their own pages during the
year, but I would love for them to have the opportunity to share with
other schools.
