I am cross posting here...... Thought some of you might be interested
in this form submitted by Gloria Rabinowitz (from AP Studio list)

If you have a form to share.... I will get it shared with the lesson
plan sharing groups in Word (or whatever format you send) - then will
work to get it on Incredible Art Department linked to our Files for
Sharing page:

I only add new members to the lesson plan sharing groups now if they
submit a lesson to me to share with the group. If interested, email me
off list.

Include in the email which lesson plan sharing group you want to join.
Send the lesson to me as attachment along with a few images if you
have them. I do not put all lessons that come to me on Incredible Art
Department - but I do share them all with the lesson sharing group(s).
