Greetings Art Educators,

Dick Blick has some new lesson plans online:

Check them out... I know if you read them, you will even find ways to
make them better (smile).

Here are just a few (these are in pdf files)
Kente Cloth (elementary) - weave Kente cloth with tissue paper.

On a Starry Night (elementary) for those who like "in the style
of...." lessons - this is a good one. Students make a frame for an
original poem.

Family Tree (primary)
Students make a family tree assemblage sculpture using a styrofoam
cone as a base.
If anyone does this, I would like a sample photo for IAD and will link
to Dick Blick for lesson.

Good monoprinting lesson that can be adapted to any grade level.
