I think if there is a mutual respect amongst teachers then there isn't the
"real" teacher conflict. If another teacher has them finish up a test, or
keeps them late for whatever reason I understand and don't make an issue of
it. Likewise, if I keep students to after to finish up the other teachers
don't complain either. Give and take goes a long way. And personally, those
teachers who sit around and complain about everything wrong in education
like the teacher in that blog did really need to get out.
