Becky,
        I know people who swear by doing web pages in HTML.
I use Netscapes free Composer. To me building a web page
by typing HTML code is like making my own brushes each time
I want to paint a new watercolor. Or, cutting down trees
when I need a bookcase. Sorry, call me lazy but I have better
things to do with my time. But, if it works for you
go for it girl.
