As I read all the nifty ideas for toilet paper tubes I got a flash of an
idea. How about paper Mache over tube with white paper towels; then uses
bits and pieces of colored tissue to create a 'giant's necklace" could use
warm or cool colors of tissue. String necklaces from the ceiling. I think
I am going to try it. Linda in dry, dry Oklahoma
