        I would assume that you could follow the instructions
at the bottom of every e-mail and unsubscribe.

Then go to http://www.getty.edu/education/teacherartexchange/register.html
and sign up again.

If you read the list via the Digest, that may not be possible
for new subscribers even though there is a box to check.
