The response about using cafeteria holders on wheels for drying racks
reminded me about a good resource all of you might have and you DON'T KNOW
IT! Our district has a warehouse full of old gone-to-die furniture, books,
file cabinets, etc. that no one ever tells anyone about. I happened to
stumble upon it while visiting the warehouse for another purpose. You can't
BELIEVE the things I found for my art room. I got 3 legal size files
cabinets for all my handouts and one HUGE file cabinet to hold all my 3D
examples for projects. I even got a piano but finally gave it to a 3rd grade
teacher friend I knew who really wanted it. Ditto for books for altered
books, tables, chairs, stools, etc.

Go straight to your warehouse and see what YOU can find. Even our school
secretary wasn't aware of it and SHE knows everything! Toodles....Bunki
