I have a tensor rack and it is okay- I have used the
ones with springs, which are in my opinion far better.
 However, I don't have a huge budget either and this
one works. I had to put it all together which was a
huge project itself.
 
Because the racks have to be pulled out in a certain
way, kids cant really operate it which causes lots of
congestion in my little room. So, I trained two kids
from each class to be "drying rack operators" which
seems to help that out some.
 
I am not 100% happy with the tensor rack - but it is
much better than the small table top one I had before.
