hi, everbody,
i am bksharma working as art teacher in a residential school , i am also a
hose master taking care for 40 children just today being holiday one parent
came to me and ask for grant of leave for her child, i sent both mother and
the child to the principal for necessary permission, but i donot know what
had actually happened both came back to me and craying, when i ask the
mother what had happened , the child replied that the principal abuse his
mother and he didnot like the scholl any more and want t.c , after
personally motivating the child i myself granted leave and sent him with his
mother , now the question in my mind is that is it necessary to abuse a
child by the head of the institution, how someone deal such sitution if
raises ? please reply in the address : bksharma_artist_in@hotmail.com
sincerely
bks
