I do not have the answer.
I do know that my employer, my ISD, doesn't care if I try my hardest.
They want perfect results when they want them.
I think we do our students a disservice if we let them "skate by"
I expect a great product and response from my students and usually get it.
We have, because of liberal thinking, allowed students to call the shots.
Who is the expert here?
Why did i go to shool all those years to become a better teacher if i am just going to let my kids tell me when they are willing to work towards an 'A" "
