Here's what my kids do- and it's FAST- Pipe cleaner armatures, foil around
this (one 40 mi. class). Next, cut strips of Plastercraft (Pariscraft) and in
another 40 min. class they wrap this around the foil. When it's dry, they
use Modge Podge or any gloss acrylic medium to attach and smooth on
non-bleeding colored tissue for the clothes. This gives a nice smooth and glossy
finish. And, the kids loved this step! Hope this helps!
