I've got a question for all of you, whether or not you are incharge of the
yearbook. I need to know if there are any other yearbook publishers out
there. We currently use Lifetouch and are having the worst time with them
this year... well, actually we've been having problems with them for the
last couple of years but I thought I'd give them another chance. This is
the second year that we've used Webease and although I think it is a very
easy program to use I'm not too impressed with it I'd much rather lay the
whole book out myself in Photoshop and Pagemaker. Anywhoo...This is the
second year we've had problems with our portraits and retakes... the rep for
our school has very bad customer service skills which we've complained about
and nothing has been done. Last year, the rep had miscalculated the
shipping cost and during the Summer she called me at home to tell me that we
had to pay for her mistake. I said no and made her eat her cost. Anyway, I
could go on and on about all the things that are driving me crazy with this
rep and company but that would take up too much space. So, back to the
question... I need to know what is available out there. Most of my peers at
other school also use Lifetouch so that doesn't help me much and they like
me are looking for someone new next year. So, if any of you are using a
company other than Lifetouch please post it or email me off the list.
