Very interesting!
I would suggest having her somehow blend or abstract ideas from the images. For example, two faces with one eye the same, or layering faces or hands on top of each other. Some could even be oriented in different directions, or perhaps many overlapping in a circle. If she could brainstorm if any of these ideas inspire her, this may be a way to go beyond just copying an interesting image and get to expressing the idea of interrelatedness or some other abstract concept that she finds appealing. Let us know what happens!
